Our Kids & Teens program has been running for over a decade, helping young athletes in Porirua build solid foundations that last. Whether it’s lacing up the footy boots, shooting hoops, or stepping into the gym, these sessions support a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Led by qualified coaches, every session is structured, safe, and challenging. We focus on healthy habits, strong technique, and personal growth - all in a fun, supportive environment. Parents can trust that their kids are improving fitness, learning new skills, and gaining life tools that will serve them for years to come.
