Designed for all levels of fitness, we’ll put you through eight weeks of training with varied styles of workouts designed to be challenging, but also exciting. For beginners, this is a great way to start your fitness journey with a group of like-minded individuals. For those with fitness experience, our programme will be sure to challenge you!
