Team Saturday is where the whole gym comes together. Built on the foundations of Pac programming and the CrossFit methodology, these workouts are designed for teams of 2, 3, or 4. You’ll move through strength, skill, and conditioning in partner or group formats that push intensity while keeping it fun. It’s a community-driven class - the kind that brings everyone onto the same floor, sharing the work, and the wins.
