THE DAY - METCON
Our knowledgeable coaches are here to guide you through our workout of the day, providing scaling options for all levels so that you can comfortably participate in the workout. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, our coaches will ensure that you get the most out of your workout.
The class is focused on metabolic conditioning, which means that you'll be working hard to increase your heart rate and burn calories. We incorporate elements of strength, weightlifting, and cardio to give you a well-rounded workout, constantly varied, for all levels.

PAC8 - OUR BOOTCAMP
Pac8, our 8-week bootcamp program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Following our popular Workout of the Day programming, Pac8 offers a 8 week workout experience. You'll have the opportunity to work out with our knowledgeable coaches three times a week - on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
During the 8-week program, you'll get to experience the full range of our Pac Training Programming, which includes metabolic conditioning, strength training, weightlifting, and cardio. Our coaches will provide scaling options for all levels, ensuring that you get the most out of each workout.
MUMS & BUBS
Our Mums & Bubs classes make fitness accessible to all, including new mums. Designed to be safe and suitable for all fitness levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through tailored exercises that help build strength and increase flexibility. With modifications offered for any uncomfortable exercises, you'll bond with your baby and connect with other mums, leaving each class energized and accomplished. Suitable for mums 6 weeks post-partum with clearance from a health practitioner. Bring your child and mind them during the session
